A little messy inside, but they were really helpful. It appears that they were bought out recently and the new ownership got rid of a lot of the bad people and have been cleaning up the place. I bet this turns out really nice in a few years. Either way, my experience today was better than I expected after reading previous reviews. Then I just looked at them again now and saw that they were all between 3-7 years old, which explains some things.

so I pawnd two idems. while I was pawing I asked the gentlemen behind the counter can I get one idem out at a time? he said oh yeah no problem I said well I will be back in four days and I really need the one idem back..... I came back like I said lady behind the counter was rude,and was like honestly u have plenty of time. pshhh u dont no my situation. I asked her well the other idem u can keep. she replied nope. then later after I got upset and was cursing, she said this is a family store ha then why are your employees promoting selling tvs ipods and tablets out front? im sorry nothing but crack heads go there. and im not one yet she continued to treat me as such. is sadly the only pawn shop near by so I cant say I wont ever go there again. however I will never ever let them make anything off me. they are rude and have no customer service skills. oh and to what my surprise they did it to another lady as they made me leave the store.smh

Every time I try to call this place the line is busy! Just do us all a favor go out of business or update your number if it's incorrect.
