Our local baseball and softball association of around 240 players +/- uses them yearly for our uniforms and other items. Their prices and service are good.

The process of deciding how my letterman would look was very smooth and the employees were very helpful. When it came to receiving the letterman it was not so smooth. I was reassured that the entire process would take 5 weeks, but as of now I'm on my 6th week without my letterman. When I went into their store I was told that it was in the process of being finished and should've been done yesterday. I went back today wondering what was taking so long and was told that the lettering company said it wasn't finished. I was confused because I was told in the beginning that Primetime does all of the lettering on the jackets at their store. For these reasons I would not recommend Primetime when buying a letterman jacket.

I was needing to put together some uniform packages for my son's team. Prime Time Sporting Goods has everything you need and more. I couldn't find anyone comparable in the greater Cleveland-Akron marketplace.
