I do not usually write a review for a business unless their service is beyond exceptional; as a small business owner I feel that exceptional service should be what customers get.....at the least.

Anyway, I have been taking my vehicles to Reeves Auto Service on E. Market St. Akron for more than a decade. John is the most honest technician that I have ever done business with. John is excellent at diagnosing mechanical problems/issues and does not try to sell services that you did not bring your auto in for.

I have had John do things from major engine repairs to tune-ups on a variety of vehicles i.e. Chevy Astro Van, Toyota Tundra 4x4, Toyota Camry, Mercury Cougar, Toyota 4Runner's.

I would recommend John to anyone in my family and any of my friends. When it comes to an auto mechanic service shop it is extremely difficult to find one that you can trust the people that work there, to do precisely what you brought your car/truck in for and not "create" other "issues".

It is a common phrase to hear people say that "you get what you pay for" well, I think that at Reeves Auto Service in Akron......you get MORE than what you pay for; because now a day's it seems like you are lucky to have a business that has reasonable/decent service much less beyond exceptional service.

If you are looking for a service technician, go here and you will not be disappointed.
