Last year I made the mistake of using one of the "large chain" print/coping services for my business cards and printing needs. I was drawn by their ads for express, quality service. Believe me when I tell you it was anything but that. I waited in long lines at a counter....only to be helped by employees that didn't have a clue (actually....I swear the one employeee was working in the taco drive thru window a day earlier). I had to make four in person trips to their location due to the various things they lost or to try and clarify their confusion. At the end of 2+ weeks, I was handed my order (of course after waiting in their LONG lines once again)......what a mess. The colors were completely off.....their version of my lime green was more a mossy pea green, my royal blue looked like a hazy drab purple. And their "excuse".....it was the best they could do. After paying top dollar for their "express" service...I threw out the entire order in lieu of having to deal with them any further. This year.....I chose a local, independent printing servise, SUMMIT PRINTING. Trust me when I tell you this was the best printing service I have ever dealt with. They were freindly, very knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. I made one trip there and my order was ready for pickup in 2 days. Colors were right on & correctly matched. The quality was excellent. No hassle, no problems. They saved me considerable time and lots of headaches !!!!!!!
