I called about 2 pm. They said it'd be 15 mins. They 20 mins later I call to see uf they were still coming abd it went straight to voicemail. I will never call BBC them again.

I called to reserve a cab and got told to call back closer to time. I call closer to time and then they said it would be 30 minutes they never even showed up to get my friends and I so we had to take a different taxi! What a joke

always 30 - 45 minutes late
