Strings Rule!    Violin and Viola Lessons

I have been playing the violin and viola for over 45 years and teaching for over 30 years. I accept students of all ages (5 and over). 

I have a chamber orchestra made up of mostly my students that meets all summer. We have practices every week for 10 or 11 weeks then we have a concert at the main library auditorium in downtown Akron. It is by invitation or audition only. It has been going for over 12 years now.

I also started a Christmas orchestra in 2012 for a smaller group of students that was very successful. I will probably continue that orchestra every year too. It too is by invitation or audition only.

I am available for private lessons and small group lessons (string quartets, trios, etc.)
