The Voris Community Learning Center is an educational institution that is a part of Akron Public Schools, which operates more than 50 elementary, middle and high schools. The center provides a variety of general academic programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers Title I and special education programs, as well as provides instruction in reading, writing, math, science and social studies. The center offers speech therapy for students with special needs. The Voris Community Learning Center also provides the CHARACTER COUNTS! program. The center additionally operates a parent-teacher association that supports various educational and enrichment programs. The Voris Community Learning Center is located in Akron, Ohio.

Voris CLC is a great school! I...

Voris CLC is a great school! I open enrolled my children to got here because I heard so many great things about it. Voris school offers a recognition assembly toward the end of each report card that makes children feel proud of themselves for their hardwork. The PTA is awesome! They have good ideas for fun things for the whole family to do. There is a spring family carnival each year, family movie nights and more! there is afterschool bowling offered and an afterschool exrtacarricular afterschool program for enrichment 2x throughout the year. The teachers my daughter had were very interested in her talents and her development. Our family moved to Springfield Township and my kids attended the 2011/ 12 school year......I already have them open enrolled BACK TO VORIS CLC for this fall schoolyear 2012/13. Voris is a GREAT SCHOOL. I'm sending all 3 of my younger kids ( open enrolled ) back to Voris where they will continue to go until it's time for JR. high.
