We LOVE this place!!! It is clean, affordable, and fun! Our doggie, Maizie, loves going there! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Even after a muddy run in the park, they welcomed Maizie right in! We didn't even have to wait! The tubs are pet-friendly, the supplies are clean and the whole store is colorful and bright! Maizie especially loves picking out her own bandana afterwards!! I recommend this place to any dog owner! It's so easy to use, we had all of our questions answered right away. Maizie says it's not scary, and they even have a big bench that looks like a bone outside!!!!

I have a German Shepard that is unwilling to get in the tub at home and LOVE what Wash Wag provided !! I took my two kids this morning to the grand opening and was amazed at the level of customer service and quality of products they use. They use a system called Hydrosurge that is very simple to use and got my dog very clean. There were 4 different shampoos available, along with eye & ear wipes. They gave us a comb to use that got a lot of Roxie's extra fur off. After the wash, there were towels and even a high velocity dryer to speed up the process. Roxie got a bandana and treat as we left. I will be back in two weeks for a nail trim!!
