Their customer service is excellent. Christine at the front desk goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I needed directions from Mobile and she stayed on the phone with me to direct me to the facility. She was waiting outside to take me and my movers right to our unit. I forgot a lock and she gave me one for free! This company is the best place I have ever stored my stuff. Its very clean and secure and they care about their customers!

These folks ROCK! Moving my business stuff there made it easy. Their level of service and "can-do" attitude put them way ahead of their competition!
