Let me start by saying I was at the bottom of a black pit(metaphorically speaking) I had decided to take me life that day and was happy for the first time in a long time at the thought of not having to suffer anymore. Before I did the deed I saw a DQ commercial and thought that I should have a blizzard before I bought the farm. Long story short the cookies and cream blizzard was so good and the service and employee's were so nice to me I changed my mind. Now every time I feel like killing myself I go get a blizzard first, I've gained almost 265 lbs. The chicken fingers are pretty good too.

I had the worse experience today at your store! I was served a soupy Pecan Pie Blizzard and limped Hot fudge sundae. The server left it sitting on the counter 20 minutes before bringing it to my table. She saw the condition it was in and still gave it to me and my daughter. I was so upset I took it back to the cashier and reported it to him. His response was so slow I just left the store. After leaving the store, I realized I left my hand bag at the table outside on the patio. I called the store frantically to see if the hand bag was found. It took 30 rings to get an answer and when the call was finally picked up I was told there was no hand bag turned in and he saw no hand bag on the patio. It took me an hour to drive back to the store and I found the hand bag still at the table in which I was sitting. It is evident that the person on the telephone didn’t even look when I called earlier. What horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a really great place to eat. great food. great ice cream and best of all, speedy service. i really enjoyed my visit.

This is the worse Dairy Queen ever since the old owner retired and the new owners took over. The people are rude, they are way overpriced and they don't honor the nationally advertised "Happy Hour"
