I am very pleased with the service that I get when I go to 4 C's. The stylist's main focus is keeping the hair healthy. I've been going here for about a year now and have already recoginized not only growth but also strong,healthy hair. If you are looking to have a more healthy head of hair I would definitely recommend Mrs. Cynthia @ 4 C's. She can turn a head of split - ends to a full, strong, shiny mane. Take it from me, I'm speaking from experience!
