This place has horrible machines. Half the dryers may get hot and the washers run water out into the floor or lock and you can't get your clothes out. When I called the emergency numbers several times, no one answered. I did leave a message at one of the numbers but they deny getting my message. I didn't seem to have any choice but to leave my load locked in the machine till the next morning. I called early and they said, "So sorry. They aren't here!" I should not have left my towels or CALLED 911... Yea right - that's what 911 is for? Anyway I now have to replace everything that was in that machine and they are "not responsible for losses. Only go here if there is someone on duty to help you. Or better yet, go somewhere else. FWIW you can probably rent to own a washer/dryer for less than it costs to go to the laundromat.
