Worst T-Mobile dealer around. Went in to switch from Verizon, the offered me their "Get out of the red plan", and also offered me to be on a Business account plus take advantage of the BOGO deal on Samsung devices. After a couple of weeks I realized that I never got any of the emails and instruction necessary to complete the Get out of the Red. After calling tech support they told me I was not eligible.

Long story short, I went back to the store were they ALL admitted on misguiding me and to try another method and if it didn't work to come back in. I did, it didn't work and I went back in. After talking with "Jamaica" she said she would have to call the store owner, who would not speak to me, (said he was busy), she told me he said that there was nothing he could do, that I'm just out of luck. Promised to call me and never did, now I'm out over $1000 because of their bad service and misguidance. They are worthless.
