I eat at Waffle House every weekend. I normally eat at the one in Vestavia but was in Alabaster this morning so I thought I would stop in and eat there at the Alabaster store. What a mistake. There were bugs crawling out of the napkin dispenser and flies flying around. I ordered hash browns well done and had to send them back three times because they were raw. I ordered wheat toast and they brought white toast. They eventually brought wheat toast and it was so drenched in butter that is was inedible. Never got the milk I odered. I spoke with the waitress and asked her to remove my order from our bill. She still charged me for the bacon. Unbelievable. We called to speak with the manager who then began to argue with us. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Between the filth, the order sent back 3 times, being overcharged for things we never got and the fact that the manager showed no concern and was argumentative - ridiculous.

I will NEVER set foot in this filthy restaurant again!!
