Beans - canned, but a lot of meat. Not thick or gravylike.
Brisket - small portion but good
Chicken - mushy with watery smoky flavor
Ribs- no fresh or meaty, a lot of papery tissue.
Pork - good flavor but extremely fatty.
Sides mac/cheese, slaw, potato salad. - all OK
Bread - 2 pieces burnt
I would buy the beans , but the rest was a disappointment. The meats which are the highlighted menu item were not really special.
