Unfortunately, I am forced to use this service. They are very rude. Lisa is one of the worse of the worse. They are not trained to deal with the community. I had had many dealings with them. Does no good to complain to the owner/manager, so I will be filing a formal complaint.

The whole staff is rude and not helpful in explaining how it works. I have learned more from asking others who have used the service.

Does anyone else have this problem?
