In response, Sadie L. East Texas Heating & A/C notified Sadie L. the day her equipment arrived, she didn't respond to multiple calls for over a month. She called three months after her claim was originally filed and said she did not have the money for her portion of the installation. This was not a problem everyone falls on hard times. This call came in on a Friday around 11:00 am, Sadie called back at 2:00 completely irate that no one had called her and became verbally abusive with office staff. The repair at her residence was actually a complete system replacement which takes at least one full day and usually around 48 hours to schedule. I called her personally. She started instantly with abusive language and would not let me respond. I told her that our company would not be performing any work for her. We notified the home warranty company. I could not send employees into a situation I felt was unsafe, not all customers are good customers. Best of luck Sadie L.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible. They got my parts in for my A/C within 24hrs bur yet took over 30 days to attempt to schedule the repair. By the time they did, my claim was closed due to the wait, so I never returned their call. I was able to get the claim reopened and was told by my Home Warranty to call the company. I called and the rude lady told me I don't call them, they call me. She thended said they'd call me the following week. Following week cam and they never called. It's 105 outside, no A/C inside, and 3 small children, so you can see the problem... I call them and leave a message. 3hrs goes by and nobody has called me. I call back and request a manager. Instead of letting me speak to one the lady gives me attitude and then begins to tell me I had been called several times and voicemails had been left. I had zero calls or voicemails. She continues lying to me so now I am giving her equal attitude back. She hangs up in my face. I attempt to call back for the manager and she starts acting like a child and hangs the phone up before even saying hello. She does this about 4 times. I attempt to calm down and then try calling back. She again will not let me speak to anybody and still gives me attitude (which she receives back and rightfully so). I give up and call home warranty and tell them about this horrible company. They have the owner of this company call me. He calls and defends this lady!! Needless to say, he heard a lot of attitude from me. One can only watch their children burn up for so long! They have had the parts since MARCH by the way... he refuses to fix my A/C which is fine because I only called home warranty to get a new company not speak to him; that was their desire. Home Warranty of America said good riddens and told me they would make a report about the company in their system for someone else to review (they said who, but I don't remember who). They are having the supervisor call me and apologized for this companies horrible service over and over again. I only mention that because it's obvious to me that I am not unjustified in my complaint if they agree with me as well. Please, save your time and money. This company is awful!! I don't know the owners name because he didn't give me it, but his number is (903) 268-2814. Since they like to lie, just adding that as additional proof that he spoke to me. I don't like liars especially ones in customer service. I can only imagine the scams this company must pull on people.
