We brought our camper in for repairs and maintenance. The good news..... our microwave was replaced under warranty, and our furnace is now working, and some other minor repairs with the plumbing were fixed. The bad news.... Craig recommended a local guy to wash and wax our camper per our request....basically a subcontractor. We paid Craig $175 for this person to do a poor wash job, then proceed to destroy the finish on one side of the camper with his “wax job.” After a discussion, neither Craig nor Vicki offered to refund our money or even reduce the price for a service we did not receive. So we paid our bill of $1400 and went on to sulfur springs, where we paid someone $440 to fix the wax job. We also paid to have the wheel bearings checked and repacked, something that Craig was supposed to check. Later on, we found that Craig did not reattach the kitchen island to its base after working on it, and luckily it did not fall over in transit.

Overall, I think Craig is knowledgeable and competent to do RV repairs, but a long list may be a little overwhelming, resulting in a lack of attention to detail. Our main complaint was about the wash/wax job and their lack of concern about the terrible outcome.

Craig and Vicki have always provided quick, dependable service. I have also recommended them to friends.
