Yellow Jacket Wasps (a colony of hundreds, possibly more) were swarming in the front yard of my home and aggressively attacking and stinging us. I called Anderson Company and within an hour someone was dispatched to my home to assess and treat the hazardous situation. The situation was monitored throughout the day to ensure the yellow jackets were eliminated and driven from my home. We are so very thankful to the Anderson Company for the professional and efficient manner in which this dangerous situation was handled.

My duplex apartment got robbed twice in 6 months. Their response "the owner's not going to install a security system. He's just going to replace the door". And it was a "nice" place too.

The Anderson company will rob you of just your application fee alone. After searching for a house for months I came across a house I really liked. It was still being renovated when I handed in my application and $50.00 fee. I was told I was the first applicant thinking I would get the first opportunity to hand in my deposit. It was 9:30 when I got the call (at work) that I was approved. And was told that someone else got approved as well. So i called them back at 10:30 on my lunch break to let them know I would be there when I got off work that day, and was told the next applicant had already turned in his deposit. So therefore they don't care if you're the first applicant, they will rob you of your money, time and won't even give you a chance to bring in your money if you're the first applicant. I would be careful about paying anything to these money hungry people.
