B&b owner is very careless the tenant request and will not fix any repairs, when you call for repairs no matter how urgent they will tell you we will contact the owner and that they can't do any repairs without the owners approval, however they will Norbert call or follow up with tenant on their request and never have been able to get any request approved for 5 years. We had a fire and still they did not get any minor repairs done after they collected insurance money. I loved the location but this is the worst rental office to get sign a lease with.

The face of the buisness, the lady at the front desk in the main office is extremely rude and excuse me for saying but very ignorant and none helpful, she is very unclear and not understanding, needless to say not renting from this company, there to unorganized and properties are unprepared but considered move in ready.
