The food was bland. The appearance reflected on the food. Several health and fire code violations.

I have never been to a Corral that I was all around disappointed with. Just a few of the food items I tried that were not up to standards were: the sour cream was spoiled, cabbage was not fully cooked, chicken livers were cold, shrimp was cold...a lot of which like the sweet potato suffle was not labeled. The cook was rude and very unprofessional when asked to cook some shrimp on the grill. The waitress never came back to the table. The sweet tea was watered down. I will not return and hope yall can get it together. :)
