If you were evicted and they charged you after the court order then file a claim to get your money back and to have the negative statement removed from your credit report. Under Georgia Law they are required to file all expenses at the time of the dispossessory hearing and not after the fact except property damage. Even then if they did not have a move-in and move-out inspections signed by them and you they cannot claim damages. I sued them for the termination fee and as per the court order Quail Call was ordered to return my money plus the court fees. Do not let them bully you or ignore you, go to the court house file a claim and get your money back.
