My company used Skylight for a two-day meeting in Albany, GA and we were very pleased with the bus, our driver, and his timeliness. Mr. and Mrs. Blakely were highly responsive during the planning process and were extremely accommodating, and the driver (Mr. Allen) was communicative and provided us with exceptional service. I would not hesitate to use Skylight again for my chartered bus needs in or around Albany. In fact, I look forward to using them again. Please consider them for your local/regional travel needs.

Worse service ever..I don't advise anyone to book them

Apparently you had a problem with the driver of the company. From what you are writing in your review you need not to bash a company cause of a driver your group disagreed with!! My experience with the motorcoach service was fabulous, I always recommend people to this company in the Southwest Georgia area. And the last time I check as long as you made it to and from your destination with out no one being hurt is a blessing! Everyone have bad days including you, in case you forgot. So, don't bash this great company on your group being late the a game, thank the lord for getting there safe and back home safe.

I am not sure who your driver was, but I have chartered with Skylight and I absolutely LOVE them they were very professional, they made sure all our needs were taken care of. Every time my family go on a trip they are the first company that come to mind.As a loyal customer I don't appreciate you bashing them. Just because your driver was not that good you shouldn't put a sour name on the company. I am quiet sure if you let the owner know they would took care of it.

I would advise noone to book travel with this agency. I was a passenger on one of their charter buses along with a group of people who were going to a playoff football game in Savannah Georgia. The bus was scheduled to leave at 1:00pm. The driver arrived late and the route we were told we would be traveling was not the way we went to Savannah. We went around our a** to get to our elbow and needless to say we arrived after our game had already started. The driver never said a word to us the whole trip. My point is if you don't provide the service expected of you, people are not going to recommend you. This is a very crappy bus company and I advise anyone to NOT BOOK with this company.
