I am 60 miles from their store. I call to find out if they have an item in stock. I was told to come look for myself and the lady hung up the phone. RUDE people.

Not a very helpful business what so ever. Customer service was severely lacking this morning. It doesn't make it any easier to not have a website either. when I'm looking for one specific item and cannot see an example of the item. Basically told me if I couldn't come by their store there was no helping me. And on top of all that the guy hung up on me!
