I found this listing and called and the owner was extremely friendly! Said to bring in my computer and she would look at it for FREE to tell me what was wrong and I could decide from there! RAM computers in hammond wouldn't do that!! RAM was VERY rude and wanted me to pay for them to just look at it! Plus ram was wayyyy overpriced! These are great people, turns out I just had viruses that made my keyboard and mouse non-responsive and it took her just a few short hours and under $100 and I got my computer back the same day! She even told me that I only had like 256 bites of ram and that she could upgrade my computer within 10 minutes if I want her to order the ram. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative! Nice local people! Will be back!
