I have never been completely satisfied with a cut and Color when leaving the salon, much less feel confident!!! I left here feeling secure, confident, and with a great friend for sure! Kandice was so energetic and had so many new ideas for my hair...I haven't tried something new in a long time due to bad experience...but I am now so so glad I did!!!! She is amazing at what she does...just sit and watch her...u will be mesmerized at her abilities!!!

I have to say...I barely had to explain what I wanted. Kandyce understood me...ALWAYS on time..I will say, she is a one woman show..therefore she does get behind from time to time..but WORTH IT...knowing that after she does u, she knows your hair and remembers EXACTLY what to do the following time! She doesn't have a talent.....I would call it a GIFT

Kandyce does a pretty good job when she actually shows up to appointments booked with clients. She has stood me up several times. The last time this happened, I made my appointment a week in advance. I even checked in with her a few days before to confirm date & time. The day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early and noticed no one was at the salon. I tried to contact her for hours as I needed my hair colored/cut for a special event which was the next day. I did not hear from her until late afternoon that day. She did not even apologize, she simply expected me to reschedule to the next day and was not concerned whatsoever that she left me at a point where I could not get an appointment with anyone else. She also overbooks appointments, and I personally feel rushed as she's trying to squeeze everyone in. I think she should focus more on quality and NOT quantity.

omg this salon is so unprofessional.Been there twice. (1) i made app. with the owner candice, when i get there they called her she was in covington said she would be there at 12:00 my app was for 10:00.i waited and i noticed everytime somebody called she never wrote there app in app book. (2) i made app a week in advance I took off work to take my daughter to have her hair straightened. i get there and i'm told she's not coming in they tried calling and texting she did NOT answer phone.another customer also came in with an app.i was told candice was the only one who does the straighteners. needless to say the girl cut my daughters hair and charged me 20.00.i paid it, candice never called me with an apology i will NEVER go back there. its horrible when the owner schedules an app but doesnt show up to work.to me that is bad service.I will be taking my business else where.

This is the third time i've had my hair done at Rumorz. The cut is the best i've ever had, the color is perfect, and kandice is the best stylist hands down. This is the second time i've brought my daughter and her cuts come out spectacular. Absolutely the best hair salon in Albany,La. Wont go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!

I went to this salon to get my hair trimed and ended up with about 4inchs cut off my hair. Which I did not want to happen. And my hair was in a bunch of choppy layers!!! I actually had to go get it fixed it was so bad!!!! All I could do was cry!!! Do not go to this salon!!!!
