I agree with the previous review. Mr Carr over-promises and under-delivers. He either spreads himself too thin in his practice or he just doesn't care about truly representing his clients; I believe it is the latter.



If you're getting divorced, refer him to your spouse and you'll do just fine.

Never returns calls. And I mean NEVER!!!! I NEVER had one call returned through the WHOLE process. Slow to follow through. Doesn't seem to care about the clients position or time line. If you want something done fast, don't bother going here. It won't happen.
