Center For Disability Services, established in 1942, is one of the largest providers of community-based residential and health care services to patients with physical disabilities throughout the Northeastern New York. It offers various services that include hearing and vision screenings; clinical and family support; medical and dental care; nutrition and diet planning; and transportation. Apparently if you aren't on thier list of patients they won't serve you even if you have been a patient of thiers all your life. The dr. that was treating me left and they told me that they would get me another doctor. As soon as I needed paperwork filled out they told me that I wasn't on thier list of patients and had been discharged. They couldn't even call me to say you are being discharged. They waited until I came down there thinking I could get paperwork filled out. How they told me was by yelling at me to the point where i actually started yelling back. I have never seen such rude unprofessional people in my life. I told everyone I am never going back to Center For Disability Services again. If I get treated like this I can only wonder what the people who can't talk or walk get treated like. It's so sad.
