I had a great experience at this shop. I had taken my suede shoes to numerous dry cleaning shops and each said they couldn’t help, would take up to 3 weeks to clean or were charging a ridiculous price. My suede sneakers are my favorite pair of shoes and when I brought them in I was welcomed and immediately helped. The owner did not hesitate to see what could be done by using different techniques and helped me find a suede cleaner and took the time to give me tips on how to clean them and keep them clean. The price was very reasonable. I would go back if I ever needed anything else. I was taken aback by the great service and personability of the owner. She was also honest and straight forward which I appreciate within a business. Again, I would return here in a heartbeat.

Previous reviewer dottie.piroha has no idea. They stay in business because they do an excellent job, at a much lower cost than their competitors. I have seen their work area and they have stacks of shoes everywhere because of how busy they are. This business is a one person operation and I don't know how she manages to do all of the work she does. I have been going there a long time now and I wouldn't dare take my shoes anywhere else. Other shops do not hesitate to charge outrageous prices for their sub-par work. I also have never had to wait and my shoes are always done on time. Sounds like dottie may have been inpatient or doesn't understand how these smaller shops operate.

Don't know how she stays in business. Gave 2 stars because she did repair my shoes and the repair has held up so far. Left shoes for the 2 weeks she requested. Went to pick them up the day they were to be ready. It took her a long time to find them (store is extremely disorganized) and when she did, she hadn't touched them. She fixed them while we waited. Fortunately she had asked that I wait to drop off another pair until later in the year, due to her being so busy. After the first experience, I'll be going to a different business for the repair of my other shoes.
