They installed a furnace that only they knew how to fix, which of course they did not tell us until it broke less than a year later. They then refused to fix it because we did not have "red carpet treatment" as they call it. Essentially, even if you pay them thousands to put in a furnace they won't fix it unless you pay them regularly, even in an emergency. Do not get a furnace from here even if it is cheaper. You won't save any money because you'll need to fix it less than a year later and the only one who can do it will force you to sign a long term service contract.

This plumbing, heating and air conditioning company is very focused on client satisfaction. Their employees are exceptionally well trained, personable and caring. I have used others in the past and the service offered by Crisafulli Bros. is by far the BEST. Crisafulli Bros has responded to emergencies, as well as routine maintenance with the same exceptional level of service. Crisafulli Bros. should not be confused with a totally separate entity called Crisafulli Plumbing which is not in the same league. Recommend you call Crisafulli Bros for all your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

A company that OVERCHARGES with SHODDY work. Three experiences:

First- OK, but I wasn't watching them closely

Second- left without hot water for several days, only to be told that the person screwed up &I could have used it all along. Charged me for the second person to come out & tell me that they messed up.

Third- Tried again, but without much trust. Ended up charging me for over 1 1/4 hours of work which all involved the plumber/s sitting in the truck and me without water for an extra night. Called to complain and they were only willing to refund 30 minutes. Very shady in their management, who will only say that they don't know what their plumbers are doing. EXACTLY!!! However, the manager DID admit that the plumbers will round up time if they stop at 5 minutes past. That equals 25 minutes of rounding the first day and 25 minutes x two plumbers the second day at $125/ hour per plumber. Prepare to be RIPPED OFF!!!!!!! There is no excuse for this type of overcharging

The plumber was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the ceiling leak in a few seconds so I asked him to relight the hot water tanks, check on leaky faucets and showers, and fix a toilet for the remaining 58 minutes I had him there. He even played with the cats and showed us his.

We have had issues with our furnace for years and have used several other heating companies in the area they would come tell us we needed some part and be out as soon as possible then we would have another issue months if not weeks later. Yesterday we decided to call crisafulli and we are so glad we did. Although certainly not the cheapest but the most knowledgeable by far. Are system stumped them for a bit but they did not try to upsell us a brand new furnace (like another company)our furnace is just 7 years old. They did not just tell us it was some part that needed to be replaced and do a quick fix leaving it and quickly moving on to the next job.what they did do was stay and solve the problem. We now have our furnace running better than when it was first installed.

Don't use Crisafulli Bros unless you want terrible service and high prices. Definitely not what they use to be. I had Dan the liar installing my heating system, could not wait to get him out of my home, he reused parts of the old system, even when I questioned him about it he refused to admit that he did not replace the valves and things that I paid for.. stay away

This company charged my credit card without my knowledge for work that should have been covered the week they did. Instead, they come back and change the name of the service...then charge my personal credit card. They will be in big trouble now!

My experiences with Crisafulli Bros P&H C's have only been those of professional

and a job done right with first class employees and service.Sure,he did go out for

a part needed but isn't the right part needed to do the Right job! I will continue to use

their service with a total peace of mind knowing the job at hand will be done right

whether it's a small job or large.I'm just one of many,many happy customers.Keep

up the great service and thanks for keeping me warm in winter and cool in summer.
