I wish I can rate lower than one star, I by far had the worst experience with this company EVER! I was threatened, harrassed and completely and illegally extorted out of my home. To make this short and sweet, this past winter on the coldest weekend of the year, I was forced to go without heat and hot water for 5 days(with two small kids my youngest 2 months), due to his ignorance. Well because it was so cold the pipes froze and the house was condemned. The entire experience was mortifying, before the ht/htwt was turned off, I was being harrased on the daily by his unprofessional employees. Unfortunately I am on a limited amount of letters here, otherwise I would go on forever, but in the end his pipes froze in the entire house and he was charged with an unlawful eviction, so I must say karma got him right where the sun dont shine!!
