do not do business with this company. very poorly run business with unprofessional staff. they hang up the phone on you if they don't agree with you. I called because of over billing and Christine, the head of billing, simply hung the phone up on me because she didnt agree with me. they over billed me and wouldn't give me a refund. they sign you up for a 5-yr contract without disclosing any information on length of contract and then bill you credit card so i asked for my contract to be terminated. They terminated the services but did not terminate the billing. therefore the services aren't in effect but they are still charging my card. Do not do business with this company! they are only in it for the money! not helpful at all! The customer is NOT always right here and they will have the last say and hang the phone up on you. they dont care since they have your credit card info already! reporting to the bbb immediately!
