Provided by YP.comGinger Man is at the top of Greenwich Ave, almost to the intersection of the Old Post Road (Route 1). It is a pub style restaurant, w/ a long bar when you enter, 2 floors (although I've never seen anyone upstairs), a fireplace in the rear of the place which is cozy during winter nights. This is a chain bar - there is one in NYC and Norwalk, CT that I know of. Both are good.
There are lots of beers on tap. Many seasonal beer offerings. The menu has the typical chicken wings and burgers (both good) but also some unusual dishes that are worth trying: the salmon BLT is really good, plus the Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich.
There are locals who sit at the bar during the afternoon & you can read all the NYC papers while sipping a beer and munching on wings. Also, you'll see business peeps from around the area here especially for lunch. Also great for kids & family: the staff handles all of these groups well.
