If given a choice do not use this company for at home medical supplies. I was discharged from Albany Med at 10 yesterday and was informed around noon that I did not have the walker as promised so could not leave. It showed up after 3.

A commode was also promised to be delivered to the home y was yesterday. No go and it is now 10:30 am next day. Repeated phone calls starting last night and I was just told not until 2-3 pm today. Very unreliable is not what a person who has spent 3 weeks in hospital and has limited mobility needs to aid in the healing process.

Please check your options when needing medical supplies.
