As i was moving into the area awhile back i called and left a message to try and get into contact with them in order to ask about parking. I left them my callback information and when i was available.A woman from the company called me back in the early hours of the morning and had quite an additude on the phone. She was very impolite and assertive. She also showed no regard for my work schedule as she called so early in the morning when i requested they didn't.After finally purchasing the permit to park in their lot i found quite frequently there to be sharp glass and bottles on the ground along with other garbage. At night the security is non-existent and there is sometimes some very sketch individuals roaming around.Overall the company cares only about making their money and packing as many cars as they can fit with no regard to preservation of property or safety. They have also been known to be quick to have vehicles towed. The towing service patrols that lot like piranhas looking for a meal.
