This guy is horrendous. Gave him my riding mower to tuneup. Thing hadn't given me a lick of trouble in ten years, but figured it would be a good idea to get it cleaned up with some new filters, etc. Never really was hard used, but thought preventative maintenance was a good idea. Thing hasn't worked since I got it back. When he sharpened the blades and put them back on, he didn't screw them on right, so they would hit each other - YIKES! Had him come over to take a look, said it couldn't be that, but of course it was. Put the mower up on its side and fixed the blades. In doing so ruptured something so that now the plug floods with a quart of gas. Have to drain GAS out of the plug hole or it won't start. Impossible to contact, voicemail is always full and he never answers the phone. HORRIBLE.
