The price was alright but the tech came to my house and was some kid from the Bronx who had a foul mouth and decided to tell me his life story. I had to send my 5 year old inside because he was talking about drunk and drug stories of whites and blacks and this and that. He ended up breaking the windshield washer nozzle and we didn't know until the next day when we used it for the first time. I didn't have a chance to call until 6 days later. 2 days after the first call, the manager JR called me back and said they would not replace the part. Only that they would try to repair it. It's a $15 part!! and if they tried to glue it, it would only have been worse. I wont be using them ever again.
