BUYERS BEWARE - My son purchased a Pax vaporizer at Northern Lights, Fuller Rd., Albany, NY for over $300 - less than a week ago today (04/27/16) and it is defective. They refused to take it back. The store manager “Brittany” said he would have to contact the manufactuer etc. We asked for a refund and were refused. I am aware of NYS law regarding defective items, despite their sign in the store that says no refunds. Brittany claimed that she telephoned the store owner “JOY” who said no refunds under any circumstances. I am contacting the NYS Attorney Genera;’s office now to register a complaint against this business and ask that their business practices be investigates. I am also complaining to the Better Business Bureau. BUYERS BEWARE of purchasing anything from this store, because if it doesn’t work, they don’t stand behind their products.
