The Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, also known as OMRDD, provides support services for more than 125,000 individuals with developmental disabilities. The organization works with a network of over 800 nonprofit agencies and offers counseling, crisis intervention and therapy programs. It also organizes day, evening, weekend and overnight camps and conducts recreational and social activities.
