Service Technician was friendly and professional and repaired the oven. The rest was disappointing. I made the appointment via phone call for a Monday afternoon. On the Friday before, I got a call from technician who said he was at my house. Well besides being given wrong date, he had the wrong address. He said he couldn't come to the correct address that day and they didn't Have me down for an appointment on Monday afternoon! So of course he showed up on Monday afternoon and I wasn't home. I then made an appointment on line and Everything went smoothly. I was told on phone that $99 would go towards cost of repair but that wasn't true. I thought price was quite high and Will not use Sears again.

Treadmill broke 10/19, and promptly the very good Sears repairman arrived to try and repair the treadmill; he's been here to try yet a new part to repair the treadmill: October, November, December, and the latest attempt scheduled for January 3. 5 stars for persistence and service, 1 star for results and corporate policy.

They Service People did a wonderful Job but when it came to ordering the parts they never ordered all the parts they needed or the company failed to package them creating the servicing of my unit to be delayed and they had to come out on three different dates just to completed the work.
