SP does have unique jewelry & although the clothing isnt my style, its nice quality. However, they lose big on sales staff which, (listen up owners)was useless. We visited the store on 1/6/10. There was 1 other shopper in the store. Neither clerks greeted or acknowledged our entering. I was in the store for at least hr looking at the jewelry & looking thru all the cards. Not once did either ask if I needed help or if I wanted to try something on or tell me about the designers. When I pd for several cards, I was very interested in a pr of earings in a locked case. The clerk was more interested in getting back to her discussion w/ the co-worker then bothering to see if I might want to see them. Its no wonder small businesses fail they dont have staff trained to sell! Ive been in business you dont need people taking up spaceyou need staff selling your goods! Get yourself some decent sales staff & maybe next time youll sell me more than $17 in cards!
