I am a worker's compensation case. The entire Alex Dell team have been quick to respond to all of my messages, have been very professional, and exceedingly thorough in dealing with my employer's insurance company and with the Compensation Board in general and in hearings. Thank you, Alex Dell staff you all are the best!!!

Mr. Dell represented me for my workmans compensation case that dragged on for years. I was labeled 80% disabled and was entitled to 80% of my pay. He gave me false information. He told me no matter how much I made I was only entitled up to $400 a week. Although I was bringing home $4000 a month because he wanted to settle the case. I took his advice and lost my house and vehicle that I owned. I also had to claim bankruptcy. I had no proof of his legal advice to report him to the bar association for his unprofessionalism. My advice is record every conversation you have with him. He seems smart and charming but he is only out for his own best interest. I truly hope no one else has to experience the physical, emotional, and financial loss I did without proper representation. All I can say is god don't like ugly and what comes around goes around. Hopefully for him I never see him in public to confront him about his lack of legal knowledge.
