The Thruway Authority allows for bullying and discrimination in the workplace and has for years particularly in the Communications office on A-Level of the headquarters building off exit 23. They have continually allowed one of their employees John Frainier to intimidate, bully and discriminate against employees and in certain cases put 20+ year employees jobs in jeopardy due to his personal dislike of certain employees yet other employees can do the same exact thing with no repercussions.He constantly makes new rules or bends the old ones to suit him. Frainier gives new meaning to the term dictator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
