Each year we plan two back-to-back events for about 300 people, using professional caterers. They are usually at a Hilton, Sheraton, or similar.AFFAIR CATERING did our events, this year at the Linn County Fairgrounds. During a week-long event we had two banquets and several smaller food events. We were MORE than satisfied with the value and quality of each meal we were served. The entire week was made SO much more enjoyable as a result of the "can-do" attitude of Jan and her partners. Instead of the usual "hard and fixed, well-in-advance" policies, they were completely flexible, and understood our needs. As a result, the pressure was off, and we were able to enjoy our stay in Albany a lot more instead of worrying about how the catering was going.These people could teach the "big guys" a LOT about professionalism in their business. We would deal with them again in a heartbeat!Thanks, Jan!
