Decent prices, equipment works.

We called last night, reserved a back-hoe. They confirmed they had 2 and we could be there first thing in the morning. We were there on time and they brought out the wrong unit. They said they rented it out already..... we wasted our whole morning to hear " we rented it out " We are OUT in TIME and GAS and nothing. You are a waste of breath and have out dated equipment and uneducated people working for you. I will tell everyone I know and everywhere on the net to go any where but to you.

We rented their chipper which we were unable to use: 1. The jack was broken and therefore it could no be detached from the truck and put where needed (they needed a fork lift to attach/detach)2. The unit was supposed to be able to accommodate branches up to 6" but only worked with branches less than 2" and constantly cooked up on anything largerThe cost was $65/4 hours and we returned it within the hour. Instead of a refund they charged us $35 instead. Their claim, after inserting and showing it worked on an old 2"x4" piece of lumber was that it worked fine. Maybe on old lumber, but not on freshly cut branches.
