I was in the other day and saw firsthand what it takes to repair an abused shoe. These guys now have a Pedorthist that knows shoe repair as well as orthotics and biomechanics of the foot. Obviously a lot of work in the shop due to their knowledge. Some delay during busy season but there is a reason they are busy...BECAUSE they do good work! One guy in there works 6 days a week between Eugene and Albany in the same field as a 40 year veteran in the shoe business. Quite impressive that we are so lucky to have him in Albany. He helps me to be able to walk with my foot problem where others couldn't or wouldn't. Definitely a place to go or try again!!

Poor Service, Called me 4 days late, when went to pick up had to wait another day because the toecaps on boots were not done , I paid in full (129$) when they were dropped off and had to argue about payment, show receipt, and bank records to get my boots back. Toe caps have air pockets and poorly applied. When I came back the owner was rude (not apologetic) because of his mistake and told me to go somewhere else. Which I will do and recommend to anyone looking for good service or quality craftsmanship.
