Provided by YP.comI had an awful experience with a barista named Kenzie (if I'm not mistaken, she's short with blonde hair)- she was friendly at first but as soon as I told her politely that she got my order wrong, she became extremely disrespectful. She snatched the drink out of my hand and rolled her eyes in the back of her head! I could not believe she was treating a paying customer like this! I have never been treated like that from a barista- ever, and it was her mistake! I was very affable about the mistake, but her attitude was completely disgusting and uncalled for. I will never visit Pacific Perk again- which is unfortunate because I like to support locally!
