I WAS a loyal customer until today, when I discovered that they had raised their prices over 50% within the last year. The receptionist said it was because of new guidelines from the national veterinary association, which is nonsense because the association doesn't dictate prices. When I spoke to one of the partners, she cited increasing costs, but cared not a whit about my shock regarding such a steep raise in rates.

I used them for just convenience sake. I was truly shocked and insulted when the vet wrote in my cats chart "DECREPIT old kitty" a year ago. How insulting and incorrect was that? Not very professional at all. Do you wonder what they write about your pet?

I think the word Geriatric cat is more professional, and I hope they take note of that!



I was also charged for a T4 (thyroid) test $55 + for my dog but it was taken 8-9 hours after he had a pill, and the laboratory clearly states that this test should be done 4-6 hours after the pill was given. So my T4 test was useless and wasted monies. They should refund me for that.

It's been years since I've had a doggie I could call my own. Then this Christmas I was given Dstoie! A wonderful half Yorkie half Pamo...the cutes thing in the world. When it came time for shots I remembered Perriwinkles. They had served us a couple times before. The staff was WONDERFUL and the prices unbeatable. It was a no brainer deciding that they would become Dstoie's clinic. Our apointment is for next week. We cannot wait to see them and connect with them again. I HIGHLY recomend them. Your animals will thank you and so will your pocket book. L

Let alone they wrote "decrepit old kitty" in her records last year, which I found very insulting, they also tested my dogs T4 (thyroid) 8-9 hours after he had has his soloxine, so the $55 results were of absolutely no use. Test is to be done 4-6 hours after pill which is also stated in the testing results from the blood work people. I shouldn't have been charged for a null and void test.I used them for convenience sake, but there is just not a lot of intelligence there. Some of the staff is ok, though the receptionists can be very rude at times. Not quality vet care by any means.

The clinic was clean and the staff very professional. The prices were very reasonable and the vet was informative and caring. I won't go anywhere else for pet care.

I have been taking my animals to this clinic for over a year now. The service I receive is excellent and the friendliness of the staff is excellent. The vets always work with me concerning price as I do not have much money but want to give my animals the best care I can. I recommend this vet clinic to all of my friends and co-workers.

I am very happy with the dental cleaning that my dog received. My dog means the world to me and I am so pleased to be able to afford to care for him completely at Periwinkle. The staff are kind and the clinic is clean and simple. Happy to drive thirty minutes each way for my dog.

My dog became ill with Bordetella five days after he received his annual shots at this clinic. Five days is the gestation period for this disease. He was not in contact with any other animals during the period in which he was exposed, except at this clinic. It is my belief that this clinic may not properly disinfect the exam rooms and/or sanitize the personnel, thus causing pets who are well to be exposed to contagious disease.

They take care of the animals and their prices are low.

This is the best Vet in town. They have great rates and allays very helpful.

They are the best vet I have ever been too. They really care about your animals and are very helpful. I would recomend them to anyone with pets.

I took my cat in to be neutered, and I was going to have a family member pay over the phone before I went back to pick him up. I was asked if I wanted to buy a deworming pill and flea medications, where I said 'no', as I already had these things... When said family member called, they also asked her if she'd like to buy the medications, while this was not her cat (I had previously mentioned to the receptionist at the veterinary office that someone else would be paying). I found out that the extra money was spent after I'd refused and I wasn't very happy about it. I would also complain that I never even met the vet. treating my animal, which is discomforting as well.
