For a duplex, its decent for Albany and the price range.



Pros: Concrete walls in backyard, pool, fireplace, pet friendly

Cons: Old electrical, furnaces have to be replaced, heating units on top of ceiling.



I did get shown their model house before I moved in. It's nothing like the one I moved into. However, the managers are fairly nice and accommodating. Sometimes the maintenance crew fix quickly, and other times they get swamped.

this place is a horrible area. There are crack heads every 3rd house down, screaming and pounding all hours of the night and they will show u a view of what ur apartment will look like before u move in.But i warn you know that it wont look nothing like what they show you. Our car got broke into and people speed threw here going 30.

Within the frist month being here the stove broke, the lights went out & the garbage disposil stopped working. on top of all that and our gutter is hangin off our roof for the last 3 months, that still yet to be fixed. I got a letter saying i will be evicted cause they thought they seen an extra cat.(stray).
