Good Grief ! Called, got an answering service who said the office was closed 12-1 for lunch (it was 1;20). Called back at 2:10 and got the answering service again. I asked if office was open and was told that if things were busy the answering service would pick up. Left message. Don't have any confidence they will call back. Only a medical equipment place could operate this way and still stay in business. Will ask in future that Dr office send orders to any other equipment place than this one.

I was so disappointed with this company. I chose them thinking that I would get the same professional service that I always get with the name Samaritan but I was surprised at the unprofessional, disorganized service that I received for my Cpap machine. I was treated in a condescending manner and felt very disrespected. The Albany office was almost unreachable. I had to drive to Lebanon to get any service. I was told a time to go to the Albany office for a download and took time off work to find out that no one was at the office, literally. I made another appointment, they cancelled 45 minutes before appointment time too take another patient's appointment. Since I had taken time off work already, I used it to return the machine, obviously to Lebanon, since the Albany office is apparently unmanned. Julie in the Lebanon office was the only bright light I saw while dealing with this company.
